Job summary

VINCI's ILIOS consortium leads UK fusion programme projects, seeking a Package Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver against scope, schedule and budget. You will communicate with stakeholders, manage resources and dependencies, and ensure safety, quality and performance targets are met throughout planning, procurement, construction and commissioning.

The role requires PM experience in engineering or construction, valid UK driving license, and familiarity with chartership pathways.

Qualifications

• A qualification within engineering or business related field.
• APM membership and working towards chartership preferred.
• Demonstrates competent professional standards of behaviour and compliance with legal and technical requirements.
• 3 years' experience in Project Management as a Project / Senior Project Engineer.
• Full UK driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of project delivery including definition, design, procurement, manufacture, construction and commissioning.
• Accountable for project financial performance.
• Lead and supervise project teams to achieve safety, quality and delivery strategy requirements.
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation and management strategies.
• Lead regular customer and internal progress reviews, reporting project status and forecasts.
