Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Civil/Structural Designer to join our established team of engineers. You will contribute to the definition, implementation and delivery of civil and structural design works, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work in a BIM-enabled environment using Revit, AutoCAD 2D, Navisworks, and related Autodesk tools, detailing below-ground drainage, groundworks, steelwork and reinforced concrete, while collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Civil/structural engineering degree or HND with postgraduate experience required.
• Experience in highly regulated industries and adherence to standards required.
• Proficient with BIM tools and building information modelling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce GA and detail drawings in a BIM environment using Revit/AutoCAD 2D.
• Ensure designs meet safety, functional and business requirements.
• Collaborate with civil/structural engineers and cross-discipline teams across projects.
