Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to join the Production team on a permanent basis. You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of civils and water projects, leading teams to meet safety, quality and programme targets.

You will produce project plans, RAMS and ITPs, manage procurement and cost control, and chair weekly site meetings. The role requires experience in regulated environments and a strong leadership style in line with company values.

Qualifications

• Responsible for delivering Civil Engineering and Water projects to required quality and safety standards.
• Must manage RAMS, ITPs and Safe Systems of Work in line with procedures.
• Experience in regulated environments, contract conditions, cost control and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of civils and water projects.
• Lead teams of Sub Agents, Engineers and Foremen to deliver work safely and to quality.
• Produce project plans, RAMS, ITPs and other Safe Systems of Work.
• Produce procurement schedules and liaise with procurement to ensure resources.
• Chair weekly site meetings and produce monthly client/internal reports.
• Demonstrate right behaviours and lead the team in line with company values.
