Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Site Engineer for civil engineering projects in the renewables sector. The role involves setting out using total station and GPS, site supervision, and close collaboration with the project management team to ensure works are delivered to specification and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on setting out experience for earthworks and RC bases, a CSCS card, and strong communication skills, with SSSTS/SMSTS preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting out earthworks, duct installations, troughs, and RC bases.
• Right to work in the UK and CSCS card required; SSSTS/SMSTS ticket preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting out using total station and GPS. Includes earthworks, duct installations, troughs, and RC bases.
• Working alongside the project management team.
• Site supervision.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance on site.
• Ensuring works follow agreed methodology and documented procedures.
• Ensuring correct documentation is held on site.
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.
