Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support civil and renewable energy projects. You will set out using total station and GPS, supervise earthworks, ducts, troughs and RC bases, and work with the project management team to keep activities on track.

The role requires CSCS, right to work in the UK, driving licence, and strong communication skills. SSSTS/SMSTS is preferable; the candidate should be able to manage documentation and coordinate on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience setting out earthworks, ducts, troughs and RC bases.
• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card required.
• SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder (preferable).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting out with total station and GPS across earthworks, ducts, troughs and RC bases.
• Working alongside the project management team.
• Site supervision.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance on site.
• Ensuring works follow agreed methodology and are documented.
• Ensuring works finish on time and to specification.
