Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join a major civil engineering project in Coventry. You will oversee earthworks and reinforced concrete activities, manage site teams, plant, labour and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to specification.

The role requires a strong civils background with CSCS Gold, SSSTS/SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications. You will coordinate earthworks, formwork and concrete pours, conducting toolbox talks and liaising

Qualifications

• Experience as Earthworks/RC Supervisor on civil projects.
• Strong civils background.
• Valid Gold CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS, and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day earthworks and RC activities.
• Manage site teams, plant, labour, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Coordinate earthworks, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pours.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with engineers and site management to maintain progress.
