Qualifications

• Experience as Civil Planning Engineer or similar roles.
• HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Competency in AutoCAD and drainage design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering schemes to meet programme, budget and quality.
• Negotiate and secure statutory approvals from highways and drainage.
• Ensure designs meet legislation and standards to reduce rework.
• Support group build projects across residential, commercial and industrial schemes.
• Provide practical, buildable and cost-efficient civil solutions.
• Coordinate external engineers to deliver timely, high-quality designs.
• Maintain safe working practices in line with H&S.
