The role involves ensuring sites are technically ready, on time and within budget, while maintaining safety and compliance across residential, commercial, and industrial schemes.

You will support site teams, manage technical queries, and liaise with highways and drainage authorities to secure necessary approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Civil Planning/Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Competent with AutoCAD and drainage/highways design software.

Responsibilities

• Support civil engineering schemes to deliver on programme and budget.
• Negotiate and secure highways, drainage, and adopting authority approvals.
• Ensure designs meet legislation, standards and authority requirements.
• Coordinate civil works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Provide practical, buildable, cost-effective civil solutions.
