Job summary

RTL Group Ltd, a national civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a civil engineering project in Derby, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project.

You will oversee project programmes, budgets, client liaison, subcontractors and site teams, with a focus on health and safety compliance and proper RAMS, permits and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering projects on time and to budget.
• Strong programme and commercial management experience.
• Good understanding of health and safety and quality requirements.
• Proficient with RAMS, permits and project documentation.
• IT literate and holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project delivery.
• Managing project programmes and budgets.
• Client and stakeholder liaison.
• Managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Health and safety compliance.
• Monitoring progress and commercial performance.
• Managing RAMS, permits and project documentation.
• Leading project meetings and providing progress updates.
• Ensuring works are delivered on programme, within budget and to specification.
