Job summary

Galliford Try Group in Nottinghamshire seeks a Civil Project Engineer – Environment to support AMP 8 Severn Trent projects. Based in or around Annesley, you will be site-based with hybrid travel to offices as required.

You will lead construction documentation, coordinate cross-disciplinary design teams, manage site investigations, and ensure NEC4 compliance while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects.
• Understanding NEC4 contractual requirements.
• Commitment to sustainable development.
• Knowledge of QA, H&S and CDM procedures.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead on producing construction stage documentation and obtain permits.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline designers and project engineers.
• Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors through all phases.
• Maintain effective communication with client, stakeholders and supply chain.
• Support programme reviews, cost management and delivery processes.
