Civil Litigation Solicitor – Locum, 3+ PQE, Devon, c. £50 per hour, hybrid/remote

A reputable and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join on a temporary basis to assist with an increased caseload.

Overview:

1. The firm is seeking an experienced locum solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in civil litigation to support a growing volume of work.
2. Handling a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters, including property disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery, and probate.
3. You will be expected to manage your caseload independently and be able to hit the ground running.
4. This role will be supported by secretarial/administrative assistance.
5. Strong client care skills and the ability to deliver high-quality legal advice are essential.
6. This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with the possibility of being fully remote for the right candidate.
7. Full-time or part-time working arrangements will be considered.
