Express Solicitors Limited, based in Manchester, seeks a Lawyer to join its Civil Liberties team. Qualifikationen

• Re-train positions are also offered for a solicitor with a strong civil litigation background of at least 2 years.

The Role

We are looking for a Lawyer to join our expanding Civil Liberties team.

The role will involve running your own caseload of actions against the police and public bodies for matters including unlawful arrest, false imprisonment, human rights breaches, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office and judicial reviews.

The role will require a strong litigation background, as you will be dealing with predominantly multi-track work and civil jury trials.

Person Specification

Salary & Hours

• Salary dependent on experience with attractive monthly billing-based bonus
• Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.

Hybrid Working

3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation.
