Taylor Woodrow is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Engineer to support the delivery of major infrastructure and civil projects. You will ensure all works meet company procedures, client requirements, and ISO 9001 standards, promoting a Defect Free culture on site.

• Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 principles.
• Ability to develop and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-focused approach to problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation and maintenance of project quality management systems.
• Communicate project quality requirements to site and project teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Conduct internal quality audits and support audits of design partners and supply chain.
• Review subcontractor quality documentation for compliance.
• Support NCRs, snagging processes, and timely close-out of corrective actions.
• Promote a proactive Quality and Defect Free culture across project activities.
• Assist with handover documentation and regular progress reviews.
• Deliver quality awareness training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
