Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Project Civil Infrastructure Engineer in Glasgow to take on hands-on project responsibility within a design-led consultancy. You will contribute to roads, drainage and earthworks design for varied sectors, while developing client exposure and mentoring colleagues.

The team offers a collaborative office-led environment with development opportunities, Chartership support, and a clear path for progression in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Around 3 to 6 years' UK design experience.
• Strong roads, drainage and infrastructure background.

Responsibilities

• Deliver roads, drainage and earthworks design and modelling.
• Prepare drawings, reports, calculations and statutory submissions.
• Attend client and design team meetings.
• Support project coordination and programme delivery.
• Work closely with senior engineers and support junior staff.
