Job summary
Sweco UK Ltd in Ipswich, London or Solent offices seeks a Civil Infrastructure Design Engineer to deliver drainage and highway schemes and coordinate with utilities.
You will use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and InfoDrainage to design infrastructure, perform hydraulic calculations and contribute to planning submissions.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of flood risk management principles and infrastructure design including drainage, earthworks and highways.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Auto Tracking and InfoDrainage.
- Experience with environmental standards, DCG, SUDS, DMRB/MCHW and Building Regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design drainage and infrastructure solutions for highways, residential, commercial projects.
- Perform hydraulic and hydrological calculations and prepare calculation packages.
- Manage project portals, ISMS compliance, reports and technical drawings for planning and construction.
- Coordinate with utilities and multidisciplinary teams, and participate in client meetings.
