You will supervise site operations, manage resources, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. The position offers a competitive salary, a company van, pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience within civil engineering, construction, groundworks, drainage, roads, utilities, or related sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, industry best practice, and relevant legislation.
• Competent in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise site-based civil engineering activities.
• Coordinate and manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against programme requirements and communicate any issues.
