Job summary

OLG Recruitment are recruiting an Industrial Services Coordinator for a client in Immingham. This 12-month contract role involves supervising field contractors, ensuring safety and permit compliance, and managing catalyst handling, jetting, and refinery maintenance activities.

The successful candidate will coordinate with area schedulers, drive changes to PMs, and ensure QA/QC documentation quality. IOSH trained, a full driving licence, and ability to work at heights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with High Pressure Water Jetting, Catalyst Handling, Tank/Vessel Cleaning and Tanker Operations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of HSE legislation.
• Experience supervising field work groups.
• Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
• Familiar with refinery topography.
• Plant maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated level of competence.
• Effective time management.
• IOSH trained.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work at heights and enter confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety is paramount in all work, including permit compliance, risk assessments, MSDS, time, method statements as applicable.
• Field supervision of contracted services under their control
• Ensure effective use of contractors in the field
• Provide back up for Supervisor
• Maintain, control and run the catalyst shed & yard
• Maintain, control & run the jet bay
• Works with Discipline Supervisor / Schedulers / Area Planner to update schedules
• Drives changes to PPMs through Supervision
• Executes Minor Maintenance jobs and supports Operations Minor Maintenance jobs
• Ensure QA/QC Documentation Quality

OLG Recruitment are currently looking for an Industrial Services Coordinator for our client located in Immingham. This is a contract opportunity for an initial 12 months with the view to be reviewed afterwards.

Responsibilities to Include:

• Ensures that safety is paramount in all aspects of the work execution, inc permit compliance, risk assessments, MSDS, take time, method statements (as applicable.)
• Field Supervision of contracted services under their control
• Ensure effective use of contractors in the field
• Provide back up for Supervisor
• Maintain, control and be responsible for the running of the catalyst shed & yard.
• Maintain, control & be responsible for the running of the jet bay

• Works with Discipline Supervisor / Schedulers / Area Planner to ensure correct updates to schedules and task lists.
• Drives changes to PPMs through Supervision.
• Executes Minor Maintenance jobs and supports Operations Minor Maintenance jobs.
