Job summary

You will work with operational teams, clients and suppliers to manage the commercial performance of projects from procurement through to final account, with a focus on cost control and strong contract administration. Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts is advantageous.
• Experience handling valuations, variations, subcontract accounts and final accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, forecasts and final accounts.
• Manage subcontract procurement, payments and variations.
• Support project teams with commercial cost control.
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to maximise project performance.
• Ensure effective contract administration and compliance.
