Mane Contract Services is recruiting an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to take ownership of civil engineering across its Power & Renewables business in the UK. You will set strategy, shape design and lead delivery on major infrastructure projects.

This senior leadership role offers long-term stability, scope to influence across tender, pre-construction and construction phases, and the chance to mentor high-performing teams within a multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil engineering strategy across large projects.
• Track record in tendering, design and construction delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering strategy, standards and processes across Power & Renewables.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Lead input into tenders and pre-construction activities.
• Oversee earthworks, drainage, roads and structures design outputs.
• Coordinate with multidiscipline teams to ensure quality and client requirements.
• Provide technical oversight from tender to handover.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement.
