Job summary

Sustainable Talent LTD is recruiting a Civil Engineering Manager in Glasgow to lead civil delivery across Power & Renewables. You will own strategy, oversee design and deliver complex infrastructure from tender to handover, and drive alignment across disciplines.

You will shape teams, manage risk, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure commercially sound designs and on‑time delivery. This is a senior leadership role in a growing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant leadership experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of bid/tender processes and delivery.
• Proven ability to drive strategic direction and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve civil engineering processes, procedures, and strategy across the business.
• Build, manage and develop high‑performing teams.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple projects and bids.
• Lead civil input into bids and tenders from outset.
