Job summary

Mane Contract Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead a portfolio of Power & Renewables projects.

You will own civil engineering strategy, technical delivery and standards across the full project lifecycle, from tender and design through construction and handover.

This senior role offers genuine leadership, a 5+ year project pipeline and the chance to shape delivery across major energy schemes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, utilities or Power & Renewables.
• Strong technical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams and external design consultants.

This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of civil engineering strategy, technical delivery and standards across major energy and infrastructure projects.

We're Looking For

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Background in infrastructure, energy, utilities or Power & Renewables.
• Strong technical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing external design consultants.

BESS, solar, wind, substations, grid connections, T&D or HV/MV infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
