Job summary

The Heathrow Civil Engineering Graduate Leadership Development Programme in London (Hybrid) offers a three-year rotation across Airside and Landside engineering, water management, terminal engineering and asset management. You’ll gain hands-on project experience while working toward Incorporated/Chartered Engineer status with ICE.

We’re seeking graduates with a Civil Engineering degree accredited by ICE and a real passion for engineering, integrity and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the ICE.
• Demonstrated passion for engineering and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across airfield and infrastructure.
• Contribute to asset management, drainage and water initiatives.
• Rotate across multiple engineering domains within the programme.
• Work with mentors to progress towards Incorporated/Chartered Engineer status.
