Heathrow Airport Limited in London is launching a Mechatronics Engineering Graduate Leadership Development Programme. You will rotate across engineering disciplines, work on critical assets and gain exposure to project management, asset management and digital transformation.

The three-year programme combines on-the-job learning with mentoring, coaching and formal training to support your path to Incorporated/Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics degree accredited by the IET is required.
• Programme aims to develop leadership alongside engineering expertise.
• Hybrid London-based role with structured development pathway.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across engineering disciplines and support critical asset management.
• Engage in mentorship, coaching and formal training to progress toward Chartered Engineer status.
