London Gatwick invites applications for a Civil Engineering Graduate Programme in Crawley, West Sussex. The three-year scheme offers hands-on experience on terminal expansions, taxiways/runways upgrades and sustainable infrastructure within a live operational environment.

You will work with senior engineers through inception to design, construction, handover and completion, supported toward Chartership and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2:1 Master's in Civil Engineering (or related degree with Civil Eng as core), achieved 2025–2027.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site safety engagement in line with HSE standards.
• Review contractor documentation for content, quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with contractors and designers to ensure smooth delivery and handover.
