Job summary

Heathrow's Mechatronics Engineering Graduate Leadership Development Programme offers a three-year path combining hands-on engineering with management exposure. You'll rotate across Airside and Landside engineering, water management, and asset management, learning from expert engineers and mentors to build leadership skills and project experience.

The scheme targets graduates with a degree in Mechatronics accredited by the IET and supports progression towards Chartered Engineer status by 2027.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics-related degree accredited by the IET with progression towards Chartered Engineer status by August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Maintain critical infrastructure and diagnose complex equipment issues.
• Support the implementation of emerging technologies across Heathrow operations.
• Gain breadth across multiple business units including engineering, asset management and project delivery.
