Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Civil Engineer in the UK to join an expanding multidisciplinary team. You will support tendering, design and delivery across the power and renewables sectors, with exposure to a wide range of civil disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

The role offers flexible-working with a preference for at least two days in the office weekly, and a highly competitive salary and benefits package negotiable on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (HND or higher) in Civil Engineering or similar degree.
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
• Willingness to undertake site visits across the UK & Ireland.
• Flexible-working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ITT documentation for Civil Engineering.
• Prepare preliminary civil designs to support pricing.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil design colleagues and contractors.
• Provide ongoing civil engineering support during construction works.
• Review as-built drawings and H&S file information post‑construction.
