Job summary

The Civil Engineer role is based from Braintree or London with a growing engineering team in a multi-disciplinary property consultancy. You will produce technical designs, perform hydraulic calculations, and support drainage, highways and infrastructure design across UK projects.

Ideal candidates will hold a Civil Engineering degree, have basic AutoCAD/Civil 3D/InfoDrainage knowledge, and a proactive approach to development, with a view to EngTech/IEng/CEng and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent industry-recognised qualification.
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and InfoDrainage.
• Understanding of drainage, infrastructure and civil engineering design principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Based from either Braintree or London, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Civil Engineer to develop their technical skills while working on a varied portfolio of projects across the UK.

The Role
