Millbank Holdings Ltd in Plymouth is seeking a proven Civil Engineer to support a major defence infrastructure programme. You will review civil and structural designs, provide technical support during construction, and liaise with design teams, contractors, and site stakeholders.

We value strong interpretation of drawings, site supervision, and adherence to safety and quality standards. A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required, with experience in marine/defence sectors.

• Proven civil or structural engineering experience, ideally in marine, defence, or infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of civil engineering design, site supervision, and technical review processes.
• Interpreting drawings, construction documentation, and inspection records.
