Millbank Holdings is seeking a Civil Engineer to support a major defence infrastructure programme in Plymouth. The role involves reviewing civil and structural designs, providing technical support during construction, and liaising with design teams, contractors, and site stakeholders.

You will review documentation, interpret drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while contributing to site activities and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil or structural engineering, ideally within marine, defence, or infrastructure sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering design, site supervision, and technical review processes.
• Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, construction documentation, and inspection records.
