Job summary

Marston Holdings, together with our NSL brand, is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets and car parks, issue notices when required and support the public with clear guidance. You’ll work outdoors in all weathers, stay active on your feet and help keep traffic moving while upholding fairness in the community.

Full UK driving licence is essential. Flexible shifts, training, uniforms and health benefits are provided to help you perform a meaningful role in local neighbourhoods.

As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.

What you’ll be doing:

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community
