Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited, together with the NSL brand, is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol streets and car parks, assist the public with clear guidance, and help keep traffic moving safely in local communities.

You'll spend extended periods on your feet outdoors, issue notices when required, and work with local authorities to support fairness and accessibility; full training and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

Civil Enforcement Officer

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.

What you’ll be doing:

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community
