Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, providing guidance to the public and helping keep neighbourhoods safe and accessible.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, issue notices when required, report issues, and collaborate with local authorities to support fair parking and traffic flow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with the public.
• Good judgment and accountability in daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Patrol streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.
• Support the public with clear, helpful guidance on parking.
• Spend extended periods outdoors on your feet in all weather.
• Encourage fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Help keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Report issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Work in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Act with integrity and contribute to a safer community.
