Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited in London is recruiting Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol designated areas, issue Penalty Charge Notices, and communicate enforcement actions to the public.

Full training is provided, including legislation and equipment use; shifts run 7:00am–11:00pm, 42.5 hours per week, five days on, two off, with flexible patterns and benefits.

Civil Enforcement Officer

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously,enjoy working outdoorsand are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers-also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants-you’llhelp keep streets safeacross London, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, soundjudgementand the ability to work outdoors in all weathers

Whatyou’llbe doing

Officers may be deployed via foot patrol, e-cycles, mopeds, or mobile enforcement units from bases across London where you will:

• Patrol assigned areasacross London
• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with regulations
• Provide clear and professional communication to the publicregardingrestrictions and enforcement actions
• Provide a visible presence to deter non-compliance
• Accurately record enforcement activity using handheld devices
• Maintain health and safetyas well as operational standards

Working Hours
