Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking Civil Enforcement Officers to patrol London streets, issue Penalty Charge Notices and communicate enforcement actions clearly to the public. You will work outdoors in all weathers, maintaining safety, recording activity with handheld devices and upholding high standards of accountability.

Full training is provided, covering legislation, conflict management and equipment use.

• Provide clear and professional communication to the public regarding restrictions and enforcement actions
• Provide a visible presence to deter non-compliance
• Accurately record enforcement activity using handheld devices
• Maintain health and safety as well as operational standards

Job description

As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers – also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants – you’ll help keep streets safe across London, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers

What You’ll Be Doing

• Patrol assigned areas across London

Working Hours

• 42.5 hours per week
• 5 days on, 2 days off
• Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm
