Job summary

Marston Holdings is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, provide guidance to the public, and issue notices when required. You’ll spend extended periods outdoors, staying active in all weather and working alongside local authorities to keep neighbourhoods safe and accessible.

The role values independence, accountability and a calm, professional manner. Driving licence is preferred but not essential, with full training and a focus on community safety.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to patrol streets and car parks safely and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills to guide and assist the public.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community
