Job summary

Marston Holdings Ltd is recruiting a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, provide clear guidance to the public on parking and safety, and help maintain traffic flow and accessible neighbourhoods. The role is outdoors, physically demanding and requires independence, accountability and sound judgement.

You will work with local authorities to support safer communities, with full training provided and a strong emphasis on fairness and integrity.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to patrol streets and car parks professionally.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community
