Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee drainage and highways works on a major civil engineering project. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating labour, materials and plant, and ensuring works meet programme, drawings and RAMS.

You will manage site teams and subcontractors, uphold high health and safety standards, and liaise with management and engineers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Supervisor experience within civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of drainage and highways works.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drainage, highways and associated civil engineering works.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant.
• Coordinate labour, materials and plant to ensure efficient delivery.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
• Liaise closely with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Assist with coordinating works and resolving any site issues as they arise.
