Energy Jobline CVL in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Civil Design Engineer to lead the civil design for high voltage renewable energy projects, including substations and grid connections. Proficient use of AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

You will ensure Eurocode compliance, manage civil drawing documentation, and coordinate external resources while supporting projects from concept through delivery with cost control in mind.

Qualifications

• Background as a Civil Design Engineer with knowledge of Eurocodes and experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• Driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Design civil engineering infrastructure for HV renewable energy projects (substations, cables, etc.).
• Manage document control of civil drawings.
• Demonstrate understanding of architectural and structural detailing using Revit.
• Produce design briefs and provide technical support across project lifecycle.
• Manage external design resources and ensure technical compliance.
• Design review to ensure alignment with standards and scope of works.
• Financial management of civil engineering portions of projects.
