Job summary

Deploy Recruitment Group is seeking a Civil Design Engineer with strong Eurocodes knowledge to work on high voltage renewables projects, including substations and grid connections. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency are essential, with documented drawing control and design reviews.

You will manage external design resources, ensure technical compliance across the project lifecycle, and contribute to design reviews and architectural/structural detailing.

Qualifications

• Background as a Civil Design Engineer with knowledge of Eurocodes.
• Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD; Revit experience is essential.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering infrastructure for HV renewable energy projects (substations, cables) per standards and client requirements.
• Control civil drawings documents and ensure quality.
• Apply architectural and structural detailing for concrete reinforcement in Revit.
• Provide technical support across the project lifecycle.
• Manage external design resources and ensure technical compliance.
• Perform design reviews to ensure compliance with standards, legislation and scope.
• Oversee financial aspects of the civil engineering portion of projects.
