Job summary

VolkerLaser, part of VolkerWessels UK, is hiring a General Operative to join the team in Scotland (Falkirk). You will perform a range of construction tasks under site management, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery of works.

You will operate tools and equipment, adhere to method statements and risk assessments, maintain a clean and safe site, and take part in site briefings and training activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Health and safety knowledge and compliance.
• CSCS card and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of construction and civil engineering tasks.
• Operate tools, plant and equipment safely and competently.
• Follow company procedures, method statements and risk assessments.
• Maintain housekeeping on site and report hazards.
• Attend toolbox talks and training activities.
