Job description

My client, a specialist UK-based Civil Engineering Consultancy specializing in Structural, Civil, and Environmental Engineering, is seeking a Civil CAD Technician to join their team in London.

Key Requirements:

• Strong academic background in a relevant discipline, including a HNC/HND or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Experience working for a UK-based Consultancy or Local Authority on wastewater treatment designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or ACC.

It is beneficial to have experience with BIM modelling or using Infoworks or Causeway Flow.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with experienced Engineers on Water and Waste Water Treatment projects for Water Companies. Responsibilities include:

• Sewerage and Pipeline Designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Creating 2D and 3D design models and drawings for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Design layouts, RC details, sections, site plans, and civil detailing using Revit and Civil 3D.
• Model sharing using ACC.
