Job summary

WSP is seeking a specialist BIM Coordinator to join the Civil team in London and the South-East. You will work with a diverse group of engineers and digital leads to deliver BIM across high-profile civil infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on expanding digital workflows, building reusable BIM components, and ensuring quality and efficiency. We offer training, mentoring and access to leading technologies.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for Civil projects.
• Experience delivering BIM across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and project delivery workflows.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership preferred.
• Ability to coordinate operators and manage BIM data.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced specialist support for planning and production of Civil BIM models using Revit.
• Develop and enforce digital delivery standards and procedures.
• Create and deploy Revit templates and project configurations.
• Collaborate with digital leads, surveyors, and engineers to streamline workflows.
• Maintain BIM model validation and quality control processes.
• Support automation initiatives with in-house developers.
