Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join the water team. You will lead CAD and BIM workflows, manage data control, and set CAD standards across a range of civil engineering projects.

You will work with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and hydraulic design software integration, driving automation to improve delivery efficiency. A solid grounding in BIM delivery, EDMS tools, and PAS 1192/ISO 19650 will be valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BIM on civil/water engineering projects.
• Proficient with CDEs and CAD-based design workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and document control processes.
• Familiarity with EDMS tools and BIM delivery best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drawing coordination and data control across projects.
• Create BIM Execution Plans and ensure conformance with standards.
• Perform CAD quality checks on drawings and docs.
• Develop workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Create templates and standard details for reuse.
• Collaborate with other teams to coordinate information.
• Lead document control and CAD/delivery governance.
