Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ 3 or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years experience as a therapist.
• Experience in intimate waxing preferred but not required.

As a Senior City Spa Therapist, some duties and responsibilities include;

• Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to ensure the best client care and customer service, providing guests with an unforgettable treatment experience.
• Being responsible for your work area, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and reporting any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices and attending relevant training courses to offer all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
• Staying updated on product ranges and new treatments to provide professional advice through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events.
• Maximising revenue opportunities in line with targets and seeking support or training when needed.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum NVQ 3 or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience as a therapist. Experience with intimate waxing and Elemis products is preferred but not required.

Weekend work is on a rota basis.
