• Must hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Experience in massage is essential.

As a City Spa Therapist, you will be passionate, friendly, and committed to delivering first-class service, providing therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments. You should be confident in performing facials, massages, and nail treatments. We provide excellent training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Having thorough knowledge of our environment and advising customers accordingly.
• Maximizing sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Carrying out spa treatments to the required standards within the allocated time.
• Providing professional advice and promoting available treatments.
• Promoting products and offering skin consultations with home care prescriptions.

Candidates must hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent. Massage experience is essential.

Weekend work is on a rota basis.
