Computacenter is seeking a skilled Vendor Configuration Services professional to design, price, and quote Cisco solutions using CCW, while leveraging Salesforce CRM to support sales opportunities. You will collaborate across teams to build profitable quotations and strengthen vendor relationships.

The role focuses on enterprise networking, data centre technologies, and broader vendor portfolios, contributing to ongoing commercial success and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts and technologies.
• Awareness of Cisco licensing models and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience using Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) to configure, validate, and quote Cisco solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and price Cisco solutions using CCW and related tools.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor pricing models and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure competitive, profitable quotations.
• Work with Customer Executives, Solution Specialists, and Account Managers to understand opportunities.
• Build relationships across vendor and Sales communities to drive business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and long-term growth.
• Stay aware of new vendors/technology to add future value.
