Job summary

Odeon Cinemas Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager who will lead a frontline team and shape memorable guest moments across cinema, retail, and Costa Coffee operations.

You’ll work closely with the Cinema Manager, coach hosts, deliver top service during peak releases, maintain safety and cleanliness, and participate in our development pathways. Perks include free cinema tickets, discounts, and wellbeing support.

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts during each shift.
• Oversee guest experience across retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee.
• Ensure Costa Coffee quality and service meets brand standards.
• Deliver excellent service during busy showings and peak releases.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
• Run shift briefings and make on shift-operational decisions.
• Coach team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations
• Ensuring Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards
