Job summary

Odeon Cinemas Ltd is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to help lead the team and bring the buzz of opening night to life. You’ll oversee cinema operations, motivate hosts, manage guest flow, and ensure every visit is memorable from entry to exit.

In a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment you’ll support the Cinema Manager, develop leadership skills through structured development pathways, and help uphold safety, cleanliness and excellent service while working evenings and weekends.

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Supportive, people-first leadership style.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering.
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
• Running shift briefings and making on shift‑ operational decisions.
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

Whether you’ve managed a team before or supported one informally, we’ll help you grow into the role. Join us on a rate of £13.71 per hour and unlock £15.55 when fully trained and ready to go!
