Job summary

ODEON Cinemas Ltd. is seeking a proactive Cinema Experience Manager to support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable operations across busy showings and peak releases.

You will lead and motivate a team of Cinema Hosts, oversee guest experience from ticketing to ushering, and ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance. Training and progression pathways help you grow within a dynamic cinema environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts during each shift.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
• Running shift briefings and making on shift‑ operational decisions
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction

Whether you’ve managed a team before or supported one informally, we’ll help you grow into the role. Join us on £13.71 per hour during training and unlock £15.55 per hour when you're fully trained and ready to go.
