Eventus Legal is seeking a CICA Solicitor to join its Abuse Compensation team in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. The role is full-time and permanent with hybrid working, offering a salary up to £50,000 and full training in this specialist area of personal injury litigation.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
• Good general understanding of personal injury litigation.
• Excellent client care skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident advocacy.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with CICA claims advantageous but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Progress Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority claims for clients.
• Provide a sensitive, empathetic and client-focused service to individuals pursuing compensation following abuse or violent crime.
• Apply general personal injury litigation knowledge within a specialist CICA environment.
• Undertake advocacy where required as part of the progression of claims.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with clients throughout their matters.
• Using the firm's paper-lite systems and working efficiently within established processes.
• Developing specialist knowledge of CICA claims through the full training provided.
